How do I check why I received the fine?

1. Check Your EasyPark App

• Open the app and look at your recent parking sessions..

• Was there an active parking session when you received the fine?

• Did the license plate number and zone number match?

2. Review the Physical Ticket

• The reason for the fine is usually printed on the ticket.

• The name of the organization that issued it (such as the municipality or a parking company) will also be there.

3. Appeals and Procedures

• Check the ticket for the official website or portal to view evidence (such as photos) or to follow the formal appeal process.
