My Camera Parking session is still active after leaving the area, what can I do? 

If your Camera Parking session is still active after you drove out of the area:

Start by checking the app if you can stop the session directly in the app. 

• Open the active parking session, scroll down, and tap "Stop session." 
• You’ll be asked to confirm the date and time you actually left the parking area.

If it is not possible to stop the session in the app, we will assist you further. Please reach out with the following details: 

• Phone number registered in the app

• License plate number 

• Start date and time of the parkign session  

• End time of the parking session
