How do I update or change my payment method?

How can I update my method of payment as a private customer?

Via the EasyPark App:

1. Open the EasyPark app.

2. Tap the Menu (three horizontal bars in the top corner).

3. Tap Payment.

4. Tap Add or Change payment method.

5. Choose your new payment method.

6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Via the Website:

• Updating your payment method via the self-service portal on our website is no longer possible.

What will happen to my previous payment method?

• Adding a new payment method automatically removes the old one; you don’t need to delete it manually.

Phishing Warning:

• Always use the official EasyPark app or website when entering personal or payment information.

• EasyPark will never ask for sensitive details via email, text, or phone.
