How can I update my method of payment as a private customer?
Via the EasyPark App:
Open the EasyPark app.
Tap the Menu (three horizontal bars in the top corner).
Tap Payment.
Tap Add or Change payment method.
Choose your new payment method.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Via the Website:
Updating your payment method via the self-service portal on our website is no longer possible.
What will happen to my previous payment method?
Adding a new payment method automatically removes the old one; you don’t need to delete it manually.
Phishing Warning:
Always use the official EasyPark app or website when entering personal or payment information.
EasyPark will never ask for sensitive details via email, text, or phone.
