What happens if I have an outstanding payment?

My payment failed, what happens now? 

If your last payment fails, you can easily resolve this by updating the payment method in your app. The system will typically process and charge the outstanding payment right away.

I can't update my payment method right now

No worries. No extra fees or charges will be applied during this period, but your account will be temporarily inactive until the payment is processed.
